Protecturpc has a no refund policy once payment has been made. It is our policy to provide you with either tech support if needed or a virus and computer health scan in advance of payment. Once payment is made you agree that the transaction is final and you agree not to reverse charges. If you reverse charges you agree that in addition to collecting the funds that you charged back that we can charge you an administrative fee of $100 to cover our costs. If you feel that you we have not provided you the service that you were promised you can send us an email to email@example.com with a refund request and an account manager will review your request and make a decision. Please be advised that we record all calls and will base our decision in part based on those recordings. You understand and agree that it is at our sole discretion whether or not to refund an account.
